| Description： Job Responsibilities: 1、As a member of the marketing team in the Showerhead Division of the Ferrotec Group, serve Fab customers, expand sales, and drive business growth. 2、Handle sales tasks for Fab factories, including but not limited to order tracking, processing quotes, monitoring production progress, attending client meetings, and preparing monthly and weekly customer reports. 3、Effectively promote sample testing of new products at the client end and follow up on test results, while coordinating order reviews internally. 4、Track customer payments based on contract execution, ensure smooth order delivery, and handle related after-sales services. 5、Collaborate across departments, effectively communicate customer requirements regarding cleaning, packaging, logistics, etc., and participate in coordinating factory certification and system document review for clients. 6、Constantly stay informed about industry market information and exhibition news, and effectively develop new customers through various marketing means. Job Requirements: 1、Bachelor's degree or above, with preferences for majors in mechanics, chemical engineering, materials science, statistics, international trade, etc. 2、Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the industrial sector, including at least 2 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior experience and customer resources in dealing with Fab clients are preferred. 3、Excellent communication skills, quick thinking, a hardworking spirit, and the ability to quickly complete tedious and high-volume tasks with care and diligence. 4、Proficient in office management software, complex spreadsheet creation, PPT presentation, and familiar with CRM, ERP, and SAP systems. 5、Approachable with good communication skills and able to interact with management personnel at all levels. 6、Fluent in English, with a CET-4 certificate or above. |
