| Description： Job Responsibilities: 1、Based on the company's strategy, responsible for formulating the R&D strategic plan for the SHOWERHEAD application end, including the technical roadmap, product roadmap, and R&D project plan, to ensure that the R&D direction aligns with market demand and company goals. 2、Team Leadership and Management: Build and manage an efficient R&D team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and team building, to stimulate team innovation and collaboration, and enhance overall R&D efficiency and quality. 3、Technology R&D and Innovation: Deeply understand the cutting-edge technologies in the semiconductor industry, especially the technology trends in the SHOWERHEAD application end, lead the tackling of key technical challenges, and promote product technology innovation and upgrades. 4、Process and Workflow Optimization: Be familiar with and proficient in semiconductor manufacturing processes, drafting software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.), raw material properties, and precision machining processes such as turning, milling, and welding, continuously optimize product design and production processes, reduce costs, and enhance product competitiveness. 5、Quality Control and Standard Setting: Establish and maintain a strict product quality control system to ensure that R&D projects meet industry standards and customer requirements, participate in or lead the formulation of relevant technical standards and specifications. 6、Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, production, procurement, and other departments to ensure the smooth progress of R&D projects, promptly resolve issues encountered during project execution, and promote the rapid transformation of products from R&D to the market. Job Requirements: 1、Bachelor's degree or above, in mechanics or a related field. 2、More than 10 years of R&D experience, with experience in the semiconductor industry, including at least 3 years as an R&D leader or in a senior technical management position, familiarity with the SHOWERHEAD application end is preferred. 3、Proficient in semiconductor manufacturing processes, drafting software, raw material properties, and precision machining technologies; possess excellent technical problem-solving and project management skills. 4、Excellent team leadership and communication coordination abilities, able to stimulate team potential and promote cross-departmental collaboration. 5、Keen market insight and innovative thinking, able to continuously drive product and technology innovation. 6、Good Chinese and English reading and writing skills, able to read and understand English technical literature. |
