Vacuum Diffusion Bonding
• The microstructure and properties of diffusion-welded joints are similar to or identical to those of the base material, with no melting defects.
• The welding temperature is low, minimizing damage to the base material, while offering advantages such as minimal deformation, low stress, and high precision.
• Capable of internal, multi-point, and large-area welding.
• Suitable for connecting similar or dissimilar materials, including multilayer materials, especially those with poor plasticity or high melting points and heat resistance.
