Job Responsibilities:
1、Familiar with the processing characteristics of various materials and optimize programming processes reasonably.
2、Write SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) based on the determined machining process route.
3、Optimize and improve existing processes or tooling fixtures to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
4、Responsible for FA product programming; proficient in using Mastercam to create tool path programs.
5、Possess rich experience in designing tooling, fixtures, and inspection tools.
6、Provide technical guidance to on-site machine operators and optimize the machining process.
Job Requirements:
1、Have more than 3 years of independent CNC programming experience in a machining center.
2、Proficient in reading drawings, designing machining routes, and programming.
3、Dedicated, down-to-earth, highly responsible, and proactive in following superior's work arrangements.
4、Be able to adapt to night shifts as the processing department will implement a two-shift system in the future, and this position will primarily involve shift work.
