Mr. Xianhan He, born in October 1957, is a distinguished entrepreneur with a registered residence in Shanghai and ancestral roots in Zhejiang. He holds degrees from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Waseda University (Real Estate), and Japan University (Economics). Currently, he serves as the Representative Director and President of Ferrotec Holdings Corporation, Chairman and CEO of Ferrotec (China), and Chairman of Anhui Fulede Technology Development Co., Ltd.

In 1992, Mr. He returned to China and founded his business, leveraging world-class technology and Japan's management model. Over 28 years, his company has transformed from a small experimental factory into a diversified industrial group with ten production bases and over 22 entities. Its product range covers electronics, semiconductors, precision machinery, medical equipment, and solar power generation.
