Mr. Xianhan He, with a registered residence in Shanghai and ancestral home in Dinghai, Zhoushan, Zhejiang, was born in October 1957. He graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1986, and subsequently obtained dual master's degrees from Waseda University (majoring in Real Estate) in 1991 and Japan University (majoring in Economics) in 1993. He currently serves as the Representative Director and President of Ferrotec Holdings Corporation, Chairman and CEO of Ferrotec (China), and Chairman of Anhui Fulede Technology Development Co., Ltd.
In 1992, Mr. He returned to China to start his own business. Based on world-class advanced technology and drawing on Japan's streamlined and rigorous management model, he diligently explored an enterprise operation mechanism that is both suitable for China's market economy development and aligned with international market economy standards. He dedicated himself to the research, development, and innovation of high-tech industries. After 28 years of meticulous cultivation, the company has grown from a small experimental factory with 9 employees and 500 square meters of space in its early days to a diversified industrial group with ten production bases and more than 22 entities under Ferrotec (China). Its products cover emerging industries such as electronics, semiconductors, precision machinery, medical equipment, and solar power generation.
The team led by Chairman He has obtained multiple national technical patents in the fields of thermoelectric materials, new semiconductor materials, new energy materials, as well as semiconductor and new energy equipment manufacturing, and life sciences. They have made outstanding contributions to the sustained development of China's manufacturing industry and regional economic prosperity.
Under his leadership, the enterprises have been repeatedly awarded titles such as "National Double Excellent Foreign-Invested Enterprise", "Hangzhou High-Tech Advanced Enterprise", "Shanghai High-Tech Enterprise", "Shanghai Innovative Enterprise", and "Shanghai New Energy Equipment Manufacturing Base".
Mr. He himself has received numerous honors, including the "Zhejiang Overseas Talent Award", "Hangzhou Special Expert for Overseas High-Level Talent Introduction Plan", "Shanghai Leading Talent", "First Batch of Leading Talents in Baoshan District, Shanghai", "Advanced Individual among Returned Overseas Chinese and Relatives in Ningxia Autonomous Region", "National Achievement Award for Returned Overseas Chinese", "National Advanced Individual for Returned Overseas Chinese", and "Outstanding Hangzhou Businessman".
