Two Materials, Two Scenarios

Aluminum alloy heaters use high-purity aluminum alloy, offering excellent thermal conductivity and lightweight characteristics, making them ideal for high-precision temperature control applications. Stainless steel heaters are made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, delivering outstanding high-temperature stability and chemical corrosion resistance, suited for long-term stable operation in harsh industrial environments.

 

Four Core Tests, Strict Quality Control

Every heater must pass four rigorous tests before leaving the factory: resistance testing, high-voltage withstand testing, temperature uniformity testing, and temperature control performance testing. In actual test cases, the inner-ring heating element resistance measured 14.917Ω (standard: 14.5±5%), high-voltage withstand current was 0.677mA (standard: <1mA@1500VAC), and power output was 2819W (standard: 3000W@208V) — all passing.

 

Temperature uniformity is one of the most easily overlooked yet most critical parameters in chip manufacturing.
